These terms are between you and WOOSOO PTY LTD ("we"), the maker of Hochi. By using Hochi you agree to them. Apple's standard licence for apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies.
Not medical advice
Hochi gives general information about starting solid foods, based on NHS guidance, and meal ideas. It is not medical advice and does not replace your health visitor, GP or other health professional. Always watch your baby while they eat. If your baby has a serious reaction, such as difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or mouth, call 999 (UK) or 112 (EU) at once.
Meal ideas
Meal ideas and recipe text are written with the help of AI and checked against our food safety rules. Check every ingredient yourself before cooking, especially for allergens.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account to yourself. You can delete it at any time in Settings > Delete account.
Hochi+
- Hochi+ is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, bought through the App Store. The price is shown before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to break it, or use it to harm others.
Liability
We work to keep Hochi accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
